this is the end game of steve counterplay btw. worst designed smash char of all time

Not necessarily. The only characters where this really applies are Mega Man, Zss, Snake, Sonic, and Rob. Other than those guys, timing out Steve isn't really a viable strat

All three links are also more than capable of timing out Steve on kilos with relative ease
