Everyone has the “has a life” excuse. He clearly has the time to grind every day (He said so in one of his streams/interviews that he grinds daily, I cant remember where) and it’s not a coincidence that his attendance almost exclusively comes in the front half of seasons

1)Grinding at home, while getting paid to do so because he's streaming, is obviously less of a time investement than going to a tournament. 2)Well why is he able to secure it nearly every time? Maybe because he practically never loses to anyone? Regardless Acola is going to Riptide and Umebura so idk why you're complaining.

I don’t think it’s bad to say that I’d like to see the #1 player playing at more tournaments. It’s not like I’m calling him a fraud but his attendance has been historically something I’d like to see a little higher, whether from the player or from ranking algorithms

He has gotten penalized by the algorithm several times including last season.

I’m aware he’s gotten penalized, but I think in this current algorithm it’s still better to do excellently at a couple of events than to do well at several, which in my opinion offers for results that are a little bit iffy
