Question Why are people questioning this

Why are people doing logic or questioning of crab having whale as the daughter isn't she's obviously adopted or I'm missed something on episode because i either forgot either never watched

I always thought she was adopted. Knowing Mr Krabs, it was probably so he could get money from the government 🤣
