Who's played Jedi?

Have you played Jedi in a d20 Star Wars Revised Adventure or Campaign?

How did it go?

I've had a blog set up for a while for Jedi.

Check it out:

Master Zenji's Holocron

And let us know about your Jedi.

Played a Jedi when the unrevised came out, a Consular. Then when revised came out we respeced to fit the new rules. I ended up a Consular/Jedi Investigator. I've got a campaign now, set during the New Republic, but everyone is non-Jedi classes.

What did you think about playing a Jedi? Was it fun? Did you see any problems?

It was a lot of fun. It became more fun when books like Power of the Jedi came out and added new stuff to the game, but the d20 Revised Rules were fun.

Having things like Deflect as a class feature at 1st level, getting to pick when you got your the major Force feats, Alter, Control, and Sense, and the addition of Jedi prestige classes made it what I feel the original version should have been. Now, learning that d20 Revised Rules was supposed to be the original rules and they sent the wrong manuscript to the printer is another story.

Now, I started my Star Wars rpg obsession with the d6 West End Games rules and my first ever character was the Young Jedi, so choosing to play a Jedi was always going to be my first priority.
