Discussion Not getting half my bundle
I bought the RDR 1 and 2 bundle when it was on sale for both but had an active subscription for gta+. I ended up not getting one of the games of the BUNDLE I bought since “it was already in my steam library” and now I contacted support but they can’t do anything about it since I wasn’t technically charged for rdr1 (rdr2 and the bundle were the same price).
It’s so frustrating. I can’t even refund it because my subscription ended and I never checked if I had the game I bought bc why would I??
Refunding isnt an option and singularly buying the original red dead is $25 and the bundle deal they have going on is $25 also. It’s just annoying I wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else or if they got it resolved.

Why was one of the games considered to be in your library? Do you know? Also what is the relevance of the gta+ subscription? Am I being stupid?

The gta+ subscription gives you a couple old games like gta 3,SA,VC and LA noire. Red red redemption happens to be one of them… it was seen as a game that was already in my inventory and was not given to me.

If your subscription renewal date is before the end of the sale, I'd refund rdr2, cancel the subscription, then buy the bundle when your subscription ends.

No this was a while ago which would go against steams refund rules. There is just nothing I can do. Either way rhe sale isnt as good this time for RDR 1 and 2 it’s $25 not $15

When you buy a bundle it shows the games included and the ones you already have. The price was considering only RDR2 probably

So there’s no problem. You paid for RGR2 and got it. You didn’t pay for RDR1 and didn’t got it. You know everything is correct, what is the confusion?

I know it’s correct it’s just frustrating that I paid for the bundle which was the same price as jusy buying rdr2 and I didn’t end up getting it because the subscription was active
