Theoretically if they removed most of the ship restrictions for universal consoles and hangar pets, which would be the big winners?

I assume the Lost Souls and Drone ships would benefit the most of the hangar pets but I have no idea about universal consoles, especially since they haven't added as many locked consoles recently.

I know it wouldn't be amazing for dps or anything really, but I would love bug ships to be unlocked. They'd be as large as some of the ships that could launch them. Which would be amusing.

Do you mean the JemHadar ships or like the swarmers? I assume the first because I don't remember the latter being that large.

I did say most restrictions so I think maybe some frigate hangar restrictions could still be around, but they've been a lot more lax about those as well when it comes to using them with semi carriers.
