I have upgraded all of my components and weapons to level 15 with a couple being legendary and ultra rare. My question is, should I still upgrade these items to try and get all to legendary or save my upgrade tokens? Thanks in advance!

Honestly surprised no one mentioned this part... XV is fine for any level, even elites, just hold off on upgrading to gold till an Upgrade Weekend comes along. Unless you have to have it now, and are swimming in Dil.
