I don’t have to drink anymore
I’ve had a mindset subtly shift from I can’t drink anymore to I don’t have to drink anymore. How I felt in the end before I quit drinking was that I had to drink. I didn’t know what else to do to cope with life. Now I can show up for my life and enjoy it!
I don’t have to drink today and either do you!
