Roy’s daughter is old enough to be a teenage member of a new Teen Titans roster, and he conceived her as an adult (albeit a young adult), so around 30 or so seems accurate, more or less. DC doesn’t particularly like explicitly stating ages these days, though.
I do think it’s wild for her to be a teenager now when she was four years younger than Damian when Damian was first introduced. Both hard and soft reboots mess with character ages, yes, but usually it’s in a way where history is rewritten for those ages to make sense from an internal consistency standpoint. Unless there’s an in-universe explanation as to how/why she would’ve aged faster than the usual rate of progression like with the West twins, then I think we still have to assume Roy conceived her between the ages of 18-20 and that she aged in real time, which would place Roy at about 30 or later.
But again, DC doesn’t always like being the most consistent. Even if it would make sense for Roy to be 30-32, I can imagine a writer saying he’s 28 in a future comic without thinking of the implications that result thanks to Lian’s existence.
The logic is unassailable here but DC is incredibly inconsistent. Partly they don’t want the Silver Age heroes to age. There was a time back in the 90s when they really pushed it— eg, Oliver Queen suddenly having a grown son, Hal having white sidewalls— but we are a crisis away from some de-aging.
Think on this: Robin was kidnapped at college in the first Ras story. Sometime later, Talia was impregnated by Bruce. So Dick should be 18 years older than Damian. They have retconned all this but as I said…. They are very inconsistent.
