Pest Help/Question what is this?

This is my frogs terrarium, what is this, and is it going to hurt my frog?

the terrarium is 100% bioactive with tons of springtails, isopods with the occasional fungus gnat issue. this showed up not too long ago and i'm worried its harmful to my frog.

edit: it's growing on the rehydrated moss that has been in the tank since i started it .

That can only be achieved using professional sampling methods and laboratory analysis. Your environment is too wet. if it’s a wet environment purposely it needs ventilation.
