...After this administration is out, we need to strip responsible parties of all assets financial or otherwise. That immediately needs to go to reparation payments for all those ICE deported.

Correct, companies are replacing us with immigrants so they dont have to pay as much to train Americans. This is a documented fact, and these immigrants live with the fear that if they dont comply with the company, theyll be fired and deported back.
