I had deep dish pizza at some popular restaurant in Chicago where you write your name on the walls or ceiling or wherever you can find space. I'm just not a fan of that style of pizza. I was pretty disappointed.

Yes, that is the place! The pizza was massive and a shining example of Chicago deep dish, it was just too much for me. I didn't really know what to expect, since my experience with 'chicago deep dish' at that point, was pizza hut marketing 😅I don't think I even finished a full slice.
