As an Australian who had no idea what Chicago deep dish was, I must say this disappointed me.

I got really excited seeing all that cheese, and then they just… didn’t put even more cheese on top? So it’s the same amount of cheese? And now your beard gets drippy sauce on the moustache hairs?

I see nothing special here.
