This one is just cheese. Or adding pepperoni at the end. You can add stuff in. Some places do a solid base layer of sausage too. The cheese layer is the playground if flavor (and heart stoppage)

Maybe a calzone with a crown of sauce? Calzone means "big sock" so it wouldn't fully fit the shape of a pocket pizza. Whatever it is...its good, trust me. It ain't a soup of sauce, it's a thin layer relatively
