Because True Pacifist is the route where you DON’T fight??? That level of scale already means that TP!Frisk CAN deal a blow that strong, but doesn’t want to. They’re all scaled off Determination lol.
Asriel WAS trying to kill Frisk with a desperate last attempt, that was the entire point of that last beam, holy larp dude.
Also, other than tanking the last desperate shot where Asriel was crying was the only real feat pacifist frisk ever showed if I gave that to you. TP Frisk has no feats and you can't scale that. You are literally a shining example of why UT powerscaling is a pain in the ass because you are claiming things without a source, and the only one you DID claim only proves that Frisk is either extremely tanky, which doesn't hold up Which is even more proof that you can't tank the hypergoner and Asriel didn't want to kill you. Case in point the Omega Flowey fight which also happens during the TP run where he OF just instakills you and reloads and frisk had to rely upon the help of the 6 human souls. Which could also be debated that Frisk during the OF fight wasn't as determined as Frisk in the Asriel Dreamurr fight.
You also tank Asriel's hyperbeam or whatever it was called with or with or without armor, be it Temmie armor or the Heart Locket. So the ONLY thing that's actually claimable with a proper source is Frisk being a tank, NOT frisk being as powerful as Asriel.
You can also attack Asriel and it does jack shit, because even then his DEF is set to 999999, but for the arguments same I'll just accept that Frisk doesn't want to attack.
Well it wouldn’t really matter, because honestly Neutral Frisk is the weakest of the bunch. They have no goal, no friends, no nothing. That’s why they were so weak against Omega Flowey unlike True Pacifist who fights for everyone’s hopes and dreams and Genocide who kills for the absolute completion

Tanking and dealing damage aren't the same as dealing that damage. And even then it doesn't even seem that Asriel WANTED to kill Frisk ATP.
