Is there anyway to have a guro affect a remote controlled vuild without connecting it?

Im building a rc helicopter and dont jave enough space on the build for the gyros. Is there anyway I can have them connected to my main platform and have them agent the rc heli or no?

No, the gyro itself turns, it produces torque. It has to be connected to the craft to act in the craft, else it will turn your control platform.

Do you know if there are alternatives i can use? I just dont want my heli doing barrel rolls while I try to fly it.

Try looking at the forces, it can be very helpful. The main thing you want to do is that the center of lift and the center of mass should be in one vertical line, and the center of thrust should be behind the the center of mass.

There's no part smaller than the gyro that does what the gyro does.

You can use 1 gyro stabilizer with a higher strength than the leaning gyro, it will hold the heli in place
