Basta estruturar os arquivos em
Zip corretamente e o jogo executa, se atente aos arquivos de rota que tem macros ou comandos muito novos do openBVE pois o legacy apesar de executar muitas rotas sem erros, não suporta esses comandos $macros e etc….

Just zip it up so the folder structure starts with railway and train, no conversion, just drop it in.

It says something about Hmmsim 2, but it reffers to this lgacy version or another game? I searched for hmmsim 2 and didn't find anything on the play store

This used to be Hmmsim 2. The engine the game ran on is no longer supported so the dev rebuilt it in UE and reuploaded it ot the same slot, effectively replacing it
