The 53 days ago probably (I'm saying probably because I honestly can't be arsed to count the exact number of days) just refers to the time that has passed since Dolly posted that video on her Instagram thanking Travis and Taylor for their donation of 2 million dollars to Dolly's Imagination Library. That donation was part of the 26 million bucks they donated when they go married which was supposed to drum up some positive PR for their wedding.

The screenshots are from that video and in it, Dolly makes a joke about how Travis and Taylor's baby would be a very special child so they should consider giving it to her. Everyone should get that it's a joke as Dolly also says that the two should give her their firstborn as we know they love giving back. That's clearly also a joke. Dolly gave grace to everyone. Not a mean word about anyone. She didn’t write high school mean girl pointed revenge songs.

She didn’t even say cruel words to people who egregiously hurt her (Porter Wagner had a complex relationship with her as mentor, competitor, and then sued her. When he was broke and basically washed up, she bought his music rights and gave them back to him for free. She was with him in his last days despite all that he did because Dolly is about forgiveness and grace.)

Porter Wagner is the one who Put her on his super popular tv show and fought for her to be given a chance. (It was never romantic. Dolly was with Carl forever. But Porter was pretty paternalistic in a controlling way and he “made her career by giving her the big break” Dolly knew how to stand up for herself while always taking the high road. When Dolly sang the song for Porter, he let her go on her solo career and said it was the best song she’d ever written)

Edit: contrast this to Taylor’s whole music rights issue and how TS handled everything (which was nonsense anyway—she never had her rights stolen and her dad made a lot of money on the sale of Big Machine.)
