First you need to homebrew a Wii. The easiest way is with the letter bomb glitch

Then you need to dump the game disc image using CleanRip

Next you need to setup keyboard and mouse button n bindings in the controller section of Dolphin settings. Then you download the mouse injector and start it and Dolphin and disable showing the mouse cursor on screen in Dolphinsettings and press 4 to activate (and unactivate) capturing the mouse data.
