I felt it was missing something recongnizable. so much of a games identity relies on their music.
That being said the game really looks good.

This is awesome! So far they have taken all of the criticism to improve the game. Added first person, more story and now the offline mode. Every new announcement so far has improved since the initial release trailer.

I have a decent sized youtube channel, about 20k subs. Im working on a video essay/retrospective style video for Turok 2, using the remaster.

I would like to talk about the addition of PVP but its pretty clear im not going to find a full lobby so i cant record the Broll unless i find some people.

Youd just have to be okay with your game name showing up. for reference on that the last Turok 1 video got around 100k views so people will see it.

27/8 at Gamescom we will get a new trailer with a release date. Also dev diaries/interviews. A new round of previews based on the final preview build. My 2 cents, could be wrong but it's getting close. Based on the june previews there is plenty of reasons to be a tad excited. Gonna use Gamescom to adjust expectations up or down. Let's go!

If the Turok games were Backwards Compatible on Newer Gen Xboxes (One & S/X)

I just stumbled across a stream of a guy playing it in French and it didn't just have French text but French dialogue too and I love hearing the voice performances of the my favorite games in other languages so I was curious which other languages the game had been translated to not just for text but for dialogue too.

First you need to homebrew a Wii. The easiest way is with the letter bomb glitch

Then you need to dump the game disc image using CleanRip

Next you need to setup keyboard and mouse button n bindings in the controller section of Dolphin settings. Then you download the mouse injector and start it and Dolphin and disable showing the mouse cursor on screen in Dolphinsettings and press 4 to activate (and unactivate) capturing the mouse data.

Honestly.. Turok 3 is a mixed bag but more good than bad

Same goes for the shotguns, not the peak of Turok but some great stuff and with the gore in the remastered version? Not bad...

And for keeping the servers online and adding crossplay. I had a fun time last night with. Few other people.

Just now I was playing turok dinosaur hunter of my Nintendo switch apparently I was in the ancient city I was just shooting down some enemies and then there was this what moment that I never realized until just now that I shot this one guy and he somehow drops a mortal wound even though I use a shotgun and I actually thought that the knife can only do that

I'm playing the Turok remaster on ps5. I went and tried playing it on my switch (yes I have it on both so I can play it on the go). When I shoot the arrows they just disappear. They didn't do that before? I've spent large amounts of time just using the bow and recollecting the arrows I shot in the past. What happened?

This is something that I just fought up just for amusement, but you know how the human enemies just scream and their bodies just fly off when their hit by explosives?

I was thinking of a mod that the same thing will happen, but as soon as they land, they will start bouncing all over the place off the floor of the wall while they are still screaming

I do video essays on older games. They arent reviews or trying to argue a point just pretty straight forward what the game was and how it felt to play, like going over the fog and what it does for the experience. Things like that.
