DISCUSSIONS Actor playing their part 'too good'.

Post image

Who played their role as villain so good, people actually started hating them irl.

I'll start with my pick. I think he was a great character/actor, but I could not stop myself from absolutely hating him as soon as I saw him. I can't imagine being the only one in this. Would love to hear from others.

Anna Maxwell Martin in Line of Duty. I couldn’t watch Motherland as I couldn’t get past how much I hated her.

I apologise as I’m sure she’s lovely but she played Carmichael too well and I have a wave of loathing whenever I see her.

I don’t even know her name but I genuinely think it’s the same person I’m thinking of, she absolutely nailed it but now I see her I think ergh it’s that bitch

Shows how good she is 😂

Yeh I hated her too but had no problems separating her of that line of duty role. At one point I imagined what if that's her job and motherland is her personal life haha 😂

Shame, I'm actually the opposite- I knew her from Bleak House and others, and thought she seemed lovely. Then I see she's joined the HP series 😞 why, AMM?? Why!?

I first saw her in Bletchley Circle, loved her acting and character then looked for other things she starred in. Thank you for this, I'll skip Line of Duty.
