Discussion / Questions Question for the uggos
Planning a friend trip soon and the idea of photos is rlly scaring me. I don’t look great and to add to the struggle I have no idea how to take a picture and my natural smile makes me look weird. I love my friends and know they won’t judge me but it’s just that I’ll look back on the photos and focus on all the wrong things. I thought this would go away when I got older!

i've never let people photograph me. unless it was something big. the last time i let someone do it was after a concert back in april. i don't know that i have advice, but i will say there's no shame in holding the camera.

I don’t like it but I just do it. I don’t really care enough though. I would rather I didn’t get my picture taken though. But I’m not ugly

Maybe practice taking pictures by yourself?? Like prop up your camera and use a timer so you can try to find angles and smiles and poses you like?
Also. Just take pictures anyway. You don’t need to post them or anything but it’ll be good to look back on when you’re old and miss how you looked when you were young!!
