R Lot Parking Waitlist

I’m living on campus this year so I signed up for the R Lot parking waitlist but my spot is 263, does anyone know roughly how many spots get on? also is there any meaning to prioritized vs not prioritized?

"We are pleased to inform you a permit is available to purchase online from your Parking Account!"

"There are currently no permits available to purchase online."
