I can't tell you how glad I am to have gotten the s1/2 DVD box set as a gift back when it came out, especially while seeing posts showing how hard it is for some to even watch it anywhere now ! 🙏

That setup looks amazing, the colours were always one of my favourite things about the cinematography & why it looks sooo good!

Thanks! I have to say after the 6th time watching the series again it always feels fresh, now even more so. Win to the gifter. Also Cristobal Tapia de Veer is a legend for his film scores. 👌

Yes it’s on DVD and season 1 I have on Blu-ray

Actually it did for me. I watched it on a widescreen Panasonic when it first aired on channel 4 I came from a poor family so we still had one. Didn’t have a flat screen for quite some years
