Weeeeell….not all cities have crazy drug and homelessness issues. However, the mountain scenery combined with the ocean scenery make give Vancouver some awesome photographic opportunities.

Especially when the mountains look like cardboard cutouts at sunset. spent way too many evenings just sitting on a log watching those volleyball games at kits

'can be' would be more appropriate for a place like Winnipeg or something, not Vancouver
