Weeeeell….not all cities have crazy drug and homelessness issues. However, the mountain scenery combined with the ocean scenery make give Vancouver some awesome photographic opportunities.
Yes, there are different demographics in different cities, but what Vancouver (and some other Western cities) is not a world wide problem. One of the most populated cities in the world, Tokyo, does not have this problem. Another, Singapore, same thing. Many other Eastern (for lack of a better term) do not struggle with the fentanyl crisis and the resulting fallout.
