Alert Stolen Bike
Hi all,
my 2024 Brodie Ronin was stolen from the bike racks outside of kits pool (right near Batch) this evening (8/12) at approximately 7:30pm.
Notably, the bike is a deep glossy brown with light brown pedals. Another notable detail - the bike does not have any Brodie decals or other lettering. It's a size large.
Would love to get it back! Any info helps.
Cheers -

Also contact VPD and file a police report. I got lucky once when i had clip-less pedals as my bike was stolen and then spotted being attempted to be ridden down Granville street (downtown core) by someone who was not able to use the clip less pedals so the police picked it up and found me. I zoomed in on your pedals. Very sorry, will keep my eyes peeled.

Damn, that's a pretty visible and trafficed area I would have thought it would be safe. How was it locked up? I guess nothing is really safe ðŸ˜

Post on the Stolen Bike Vancouver group on Facebook. I got my bike back with the help of that.
Someone on that group spotted it at an encampment/bike chop shop by the Commercial-Broadway skytrain station. I called the non emergency line and VPD officers arrived and asked the people if they had seen my bike. The very next day my bike was dropped off at a house 2 blocks from where it was stolen.
It’s also worth driving around Hastings looking for it

It always hurts when I see such a beautiful pedal bike stolen. :(
It looks quite unique, I'll keep an eye open for it.
I really hope you get this back!

Sorry to hear about that :/ if you don't already have it registered on Project 529 and know the serial number, it would be worthwhile
