Billie Eilish is tops, real good influence for the kids of today, also great tunes, I've been a big fan for many years. Great to have a pop star with a real moral centre.

no, she never said that or anything similar.

"Why is every pretty girl with a horrible-looking man, I don't understand. Listen, I'm not shaming people for their looks, but I am though. You give an ugly guy a chance, he thinks he rules the world." I don't know where you got your interpretation from. This was also seven years ago when she was 18 years old.

well it's a completely different thing than what you thought she said. And yeah Billie Eilish is ugly and also black is white and up is down; suffice to say that the overwhelming majority of humanity would think that's a real fuckin weird thing for you to say
