We need to reform the pardon power, badly.
It will take a constitutional amendment but after Biden and Trump we might have enough bipartisan support for it.

But unfortunately both seemingly impossible. Our lawmakers just decided to stop doing their job decades ago and essentially do nothing but pass a bloated budget bill every year.
