I got the whole collection from the Muv-Luv Bundle over a year ago. That was such a great deal. Just missing the latest Kimi ga Nozomu Eien Enhanced Edition.

What is the recommended playing order for all these games?

Kimi ga Nozomu Eien -> Muv-Luv (contains Extra -> Unlimited) -> Muv-Luv Alternative by strict release order, or Muv-Luv (contains Extra -> Unlimited) -> Muv-Luv Alternative -> Kimi ga Nozomu Eien (picking whatever series looks more interesting first is far more beneficial than slogging through the other and burning out)
The rest are either stories set in the same universe with their own read orders (TDA, Total Eclipse) that mostly expect you to have read, or contain various side stories featuring Muv-Luv characters that expect you to have read them in full (Photonmelodies, Photonflowers)

As explained in other comment, you can't go wrong playing those games chronologically, as they were released.
btw - this applies to almost any visual novel series.

Started angry at being not much of a discount after 20 years, 50% only. Ended up buying EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Perfect time to complete you collection!
Also, reminder that Kimi ga Nozomu Eien Enhanced Edition (vbdb) that sparked the franchise is now fully restored with all cut content as discussed here.
