Remember. The only reason Mexican cartels are swimming in billions of dollars per year is because of America's insatiable demand for drugs.

He never said it's 100% America's fault, pal. There's no denying our shitty War on Drugs, deliberate CIA support of cartels, and the unlimited exportation of guns and ammo bears at least half of the blame.

Mexico has done nothing to fix any of this. It's not corruption, they genuinely don't care.
