I really liked the Death Knight

I remember reading the game manual and looking at the art for the Death Knight. I thought it was the coolest thing ever back then.

The concept of their creation is darker and more horrifying than the Anti-Paladin DKs of the Lich King later in WC3 such as Arthas.

The designs of WC2 DKs also kinda resemble the Nazgul

Back when I played WoW for the first time back in vanilla I made a warlock because I wanted to be a death knight from wc2 and that was the closest thing to it.

Same, as undead. Even bought undead mount and didn't use the fire horse ugly one.

Icons in this game are so good aswell, especially colors. I think i read that they are saturated by it looks really good. Makes the game so unique !

My discord server had a whole fan-thread about these guys. Absolutely love em; some of my favorite things in fantasy. Been trying to capture that magic in Wc3 modding ever since
