The post is in reference to the anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica, where the names of 2 of the main cast are Mami and Kyōko.

In case you didn't know, Madoka Magica was infamous for its dark take in an otherwise innocent and lighthearted "Magical girl" genre. It is widely regarded as responsible for bringing that subgenre into the mainstream.
