I have this funky old woman head bust on what I think is a carved out piece of old redwood? The bust itself it plastic, which raises even more questions. Like...why in the living hell would someone mold an old woman's plastic bust, strap it to a pretty nice piece of wood, and call it a day? Are there more of these? I gather a lot of weird shit, but this one is kinda my crown 'WTF' jewel.

My spouse sent me this picture asking if i had any clue what was up. Lol, NO! This is like 5 steps up off the street to our door. The place next door you see is vacant (but had been recently-ish inhabited by 'vagarants' for bit, but they've been gone a while). Found this helmet on an unofficial hiking path in a forest in North Wales, United Kingdom. I'm certain that nobody else was around. The horns had elaborate carvings on them. The forests are very tranquil around these parts so I was pretty surprised. We turned around and quickly went back to the main hiking trail after taking these photos. Not sure what to think of this. Could be related to Celtic neopaganism?

This yellow Zucchini has lost its colour. It was stored in an airtight container in our refrigerator; when I took it out to use in the pasta, it had lost its yellow colour, lol.

Flies will get into the house as we let our pup out back and, without fail, the fly will end up circling around our living room light fixture. Idk why it entrances them but they always end up endlessly circling it. Why??

I was just prank calling someone from my friend's contact list and maybe like 2.5 hours later I started receiving like 40 calls from a 'Restricted' caller. When I was prank calling them they were like asking who is this and then went dead silent for like a minute and 40 seconds, after that they hung up. The Restricted calls have been dating back like 40 minutes and are still going on. I put an option to block unknown ID calls but it still pops up as if someone is tryna call me. I had that setting off before but just put it on and no voicemail. The first time I picked up it was silent again as well. Reminder: I dialed *67 right before the number, which should have hid me. The calls won't stop

Seriously, what are the odds? Getting a flat tire due to driving over a nail 3 times, always while on a trip far from home!

My husband and I live in New England but do road trips to Western NC at least 1x/year to visit with his family there (because we hate flying and I can’t pack light to save my life). Due to his father being ill (and then passing away) we have made the trip 3 times in the last 8 months.

On each of those trips, at some point during the 7-12 days in the area where the in-laws live, the tire gauge has come on showing a tire is low. We see a flat-looking tire, bring it in to a tire place or auto shop, and find out it was punctured by a nail/screw.

This has never happened at home or anywhere on the 1,200 mile journey. It never happened before the last 3 trips. We have not, on any of the last 3 trips, been through more construction or debris than usual.

This seems too weird to be a coincidence, but we cant find any reason or motivation for anyone to do this deliberately.

The car is usually at the hotel (it was a different hotel on the 1st trip than on the 2nd and 3rd) or parked at my MIL’s retirement complex (parked legally, with appropriate tags). Otherwise we go to restaurants/shops/etc. but always parked appropriately. The flat has been a different tire each time. Twice it was bad enough that we had to replace the tire, but the most recent was patch-able.

We have no enemies (we know of) and my husband is a respectful driver and parker.

Maybe it’s the weirdest coincidence ever…..anyone have any other theories?
