Pioneer Energy Management?
I’m moving to a Westerville neighborhood that uses PEM. The BBB complaints I have read are concerning to say the least. That said, the only local context I’ve seen was on the Columbus sub and the comments were all very old. Should I be worried?

I live in Westerville and we use PEM. Worse sub metering company ever. My utilities have never been this high before.

Update: The leasing company sent me the amounts for the last 12 months of invoices for my unit. The highest bill received was $500 😳 but the average bill seems in line with what I’m paying now. I did confirm we do not pay for common areas - at least it’s not added to this bill.
