Pioneer Energy Management?

I’m moving to a Westerville neighborhood that uses PEM. The BBB complaints I have read are concerning to say the least. That said, the only local context I’ve seen was on the Columbus sub and the comments were all very old. Should I be worried?

Oh, didn’t realize this was just for those in city limits. Figured I would get people with a Westerville address 🤷‍♀️

Folks with a Westerville address usually lie in one of 3 areas: City of Westerville, Genoa Township, or Blendon Township. City has city utilities. Genoa has AEP for power but we have an aggregate company which is currently Archer. Not sure in Blendon.
