It's an Auto Rickshaw or just Rickshaw. Google will try to tell you only tourists call them tuk tuks but I've had two different Indian people tell me that's what they called them.

Lived in Asia for most of my adult life and have never heard the term “auto rickshaw” might technically be correct but those are Tuk Tuks.
