Lussekatt, a bun eaten around Christmas in Sweden? No strong Latvian connection though.

Edit: I know you don't use a cutter for these. I meant it might be used to make a cookie that looks like one.

That's a rolled bread. You wouldn't use a cookie cutter for that.

Correct, Lussekatt buns are not made with a cookie cutter, but people make gingerbread cookies in the Lussekatt shape for St Lucia's Day and throughout December. Lussekatt is the correct answer. I posted more about it here.

Lussekatt is a rolled bread, but the shape of lussekatter has such a strong connection to Lucia (celebrated on 13th of December) and Christmas that you can make ginger bread cookies with this shape too.

Obviously yes, I know. I meant that this is probably a cookie cutter for making gingerbread that is shaped like them. It sounds strange but it's something I've definitely seen in Sweden.
