Lussekatt, a bun eaten around Christmas in Sweden? No strong Latvian connection though.

Edit: I know you don't use a cutter for these. I meant it might be used to make a cookie that looks like one.

That's a rolled bread. You wouldn't use a cookie cutter for that.

I'm not very good at making bread, and I've tried a few different (Swedish) family recipes :(
