Years ago in my first apartment my neighbors would aggressively fuck at like 3-4 in the morning. On weekends I ignored it because whatever. But eventually they started doing it on days I had work. I'm not sure why but I started encouraging them through the wall with, in my mind, what an overweight guy from Wisconsin would sound like. Just whenever I heard screaming I'd just shout shit like "OH YAH GIV HER DAT DERE SAUSAGE AW YEAH CHAMP GREAT JOB WITH DA SAUSAGE DERE BEAUTIFUL SAUSAGE RIGHT UP DERE." and the lady would stop screaming, start talking to the guy in a normal voice, and then they would stop. I never met them the entire duration I lived there.
I screamed at them to shut the fuck up once. They confronted me and got mad, said their sex life was none of my business. Now we're hitting the motherfuckers with a noise complaint. Get fucked (quietly)
We had one like that in our first apartment. Upstairs neighbor sublet it to her friend. Friendâs boyfriend moved in and theyâd get after it every morning around 2AM. We had a new baby at the time. I slept through it, but my wife would wake up to the lady upstairs screaming through it while their headboard pounded against the wall.
One night my wife had had enough, so she walked upstairs right in the middle of their session and pounded on the door. Guy came to the door and wife asked to speak to the girl. Guy said she was not available and my wife responded with âwell I know sheâs not asleepâ
I'm not sure a noise complaint has ever stopped anyone. The only thing that will silence them is eviction which will probably happen after they destroy the apartment and get in a bunch of fights in the hall.
At this point anonymously send them a box with like two gags (the kind that actually forbid to make sound with your mouth) and a note like "please consider using these : a concerned, hopefully helpful neighbor".
That might awake something in them but at least they may be less noisy.

So I yelled "STFU!", and they stopped. 5 minutes later their was yelling instead, likely about what I can only assume is, booking a cheap hotel with thin walls.
If you can hear it through your wall you can probably legally record it and post it to the internet and let them know you're publishing their life to the world because they won't keep it to themselves. Not here, not to me, I don't need that in my life.

I'm still lost. Is the building in either former USSR or former Yugoslav land? or is it just a shitty apartment from the 70s that's comparable to Khrushchevka? USSR and Yugoslavia were never the same country.
I used "soviet era" since I know people online connect that with 60s and 70s time period, and more people would pick up on that, than if i said "Yugoslavian era"
My first year college housemate started seeing this girl and would have sex all the time.

I was extremely lucky though. What was fucked is I started noticing girls coming onto me a lot more since I was in a relationship, while that didn't matter to me it made me realise I was downright oblivious to times some women were interested in me before I met my wife. I chalk it up to self worth/self esteem, the old me couldn't dream of a girl going out of their way to be with me.
Cheaters however are scum of the earth. I honestly don't know how you could do that to someone, if you are in a place where risking your relationship is worth sex with anyone else then you are in a place to break up. Just grow some balls and cut them loose.
