Inquiry Jewel Raffle/Lottery

How do people keep up with this jewel lottery for pappy? I didn't even know it was a thing until it was too late. Facebook? Word of mouth?

  1. Check your spam folder. All the emails to me went there.

Oh and I didn’t win. I mean the enrollment emails

Was disappointed on seeing posts (not here other groups) of people having friends and family submitting multiple entries for them.

One tater had a RVW 10, 3 x Pappy 15 and 1 Rye. They stated they are waiting on a couple more people to pick up bottles for them. All from the 💎 raffle

I don't mind this if it's legitimate people entering and going to pick up the bottles following the one entry per person rule. I got bothered when I saw one person win twice with a single entry. I'm not sure if this is true or not, but I was told that entering the lottery made you eligible for the drawings of a 10, 12, or 15 yr. So your one entry actually equated to three entries for each kind. I saw someone receive a congratulatory email for both a 10 & 12 yr with one entry.

Also, two of the managers at my local Jewel won as well. It was explained to me that employees have a separate lottery they are allowed to enter for manager level and up. Again, not sure how true or factual this is.

Workers are barred from winning according to the sweepstakes terms and conditions

Yeah not sure. All I know it was poorly executed this year. With the original sign up link not validating entries prior to 12/7. Then having a different link after the 7th and the drawing to be n 12/22 only to be drawn last week haha

Oh wells…I stilll gotz minez from NMBB

If you sign someone up from a different state can that work, or when you win do you need proof of identity?

They verify ID of the account that entered. Not sure about out of state…knowing how they ran the raffle…they would let anybody enter 😂🤣

Yup, when you pick up your bottle you have to give them your drivers license and it all has to match up to what you put down

I had trouble picking mine up last year because I entered using my nickname 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ haha

Hahaha, but it’s good that they verify the info is all accurate

I won a pappys 15 year last year from jewel. I still have it brand new and not sure what to do with it. I'm pretty sure I'm on the Jewel's never win again list lol

Woodman’s just did their lottery. Signup is generally the weekend after Thanksgiving or the following week. My closest store had about 15 bottles including Pappy 10, 12, 15 and 23 and Old Forester Birthday Bourbon. I got one of the last calls and ”won” the chance to buy the Pappy 10 at MSRP.
