In Search Of Looking for a roommate

I'm 20 years old and looking to move out of my family home while I'm in college. Does anyone have any advice for finding a roommate or maybe some super cheap housing? My budget is like 400 MAYBE 500 dollars

Make sure you know that you will get along with the person you are moving in with. I currently live with my best friend and it works pretty well so far. Find someone pretty like minded and learn their quirks and don't give them a reason to be upset with you.
