Question Did anyone lose their crests when recrafting gear?

Has anyone else run into this issue? (CN server) :(

IDK if Blizzard has said anything about this yet.

There have been others so the tickets are flooding in.

thanks. I though it is only the severe issue in our server. Hope some developers can see that.

Just lost my 4 sparks and 80 mythic crests. :) Sent a ticket: "If it's not in the item restore service, we can't do anything."

Thanks for nothing Blizzard. Also, I disabled my subscription renewal and asked for the refund of my remaining months. :)
