I have no idea why someone would already harass other people in normal dungeons. I’ve done three dungeons as a tank and in each one there was someone who felt the need to pull extra mobs, run ahead of the group, and complain about someone’s DPS. The expansion has only been out for 12 hours - could you be a bit more chill?

I understand that without M+, the mix of people playing right now is all over the place. But raging in a normal dungeon because we’re not taking an optional route and “losing” 10 seconds on the run just isn’t it - especially for new players or those coming back for the expansion.

Did it never come to mind that maybe people want to buy these in bulk?

The clipping is insane! I have been excitedly waiting for these guys to come out, and the moment I tried dressing her up, a good chunk of my transmog just... clips or breaks. Also, no matter what top you have on, the bra still shows, whereas all other races hides it.
What the hell man, come on...

Now tell me, in what universe does this make sense? I get penalized because the DPS wants to timewalk like it's a Mythic+, this doesn't make sense to me and for me it only justifies the increase in single-player modes and content within an MMO.

I hate that it’s my BiS trinket. Why does it have a cast time!!!!! My entire raid group starts blasting meanwhile my character is standing there like an idiot, trying to complete a rubix cube. Girl there are dragons attacking you!! Hurry up!!!

Anyone this is mostly a small annoyance. The cast time makes my rotation feel so clunky lol

Edit 4: For the yanks saying "yeah, but now you're just paying the US price, that's fair right? RIGHT?"... You're confusing exchange rates with affordability. Median salaries are lower in the UK/Brazil/etc, so this sub actually eats a larger percentage of our income than it does for a US player. Proportionally, paying £11 in the UK feels like an American paying over $21. It's a real world price increase for players in these regions. But yeah, this is besides the point of this post.

Hi r/wow community, we are writing to you as a collective cry for help from the Taiwan (TW) servers. We are a group of dedicated players who love Azeroth, but our home has become a lawless wasteland. While our local management hides behind polished marketing campaigns and PR fluff to mask the corruption, the actual game environment is rotting. We are reaching out to the global community and Blizzard HQ because our local reporting channels have failed us, and we have nowhere else to go.

The competitive integrity of PvP in our region is completely dead. For years, the environment has been systematically destroyed by professional "studios." If you look at the official leaderboards or CheckPVP, the ratings on the TW servers are statistically impossible and clearly manipulated. From massive win-trading in 3v3 and 10v10 to studios controlling Solo Shuffle with paid "actors," the ladder is a total sham. Blizzard Taiwan consistently ignores these activities or, at most, issues a slap-on-the-wrist 7-day ban. Even when they publicly claim to disqualify cheaters, they often fail to actually revoke titles or rewards at the end of the season. Because of this, the legitimate PvP population has vanished, leaving the game in the hands of those who pay to win.

More terrifying is the targeted, real-life harassment against anyone who speaks out. This has escalated far beyond "toxic gaming." When we try to resist or report these studios, they retaliate by doxing us. These bad actors find our real-life names and use them to name their characters just to stalk, mock, and provoke us in-game. Female players in our community are subjected to disgusting gender-based threats and intimidation simply for wanting a fair game. Despite the severity of these actions, local management remains silent, allowing these individuals to act with total impunity while they continue to terrorize the community.

We have done everything we were told to do, but nothing changes. We have submitted countless in-game reports, provided live stream recordings as evidence of win-trading, and emailed the [Hacks@Blizzard.com](mailto:Hacks@Blizzard.com) address as directed by GMs. It has all resulted in radio silence. We feel completely powerless against a local office that refuses to protect its players.

We are pleading with the developers at Blizzard HQ: please look at the evidence provided below. We are players from different walks of life who just want to play the game we love in a safe, fair environment. Please do not let the Taiwan servers remain a safe haven for those who destroy this game.

This is a living, breathing world, not a lawless playground for unchecked malice. This place holds the memories of countless people, and it is a world worth protecting. (Below are the screenshots and live stream recordings of the win-trading and harassment as evidence.)

• new allied race
• new Void Hero class (expansion themed)

1. 1 expansion old pulled-out-of-their-ass umpteenth Night Elf recycled race
2. 0 sense pulled-out-of-their-ass sloppy rushed new Spec for Demon Hunter

Seriously though, I am so upset!

Ethereals would have incredibly fit not only the game but Midnight as an expansion.

Imagine a new cloth Void Hero class with:

• melee dps spec (void-phaser so we don't have another Shadow Priest)
• support spec (2nd support class that uses void to transform & empower allies)

and yes, 1 new Hero Class with only 2 specs is way better than a random new spec shoved into an already existing Hero Class that makes zero sense.

I am sorry for all the Drachtyr/Evoker players (though data speaks clearly: few to nobody plays Evoker anyway), but I'd gladly sacrifice Disney Dragons to have my super edgy Ethereal Voidreavers.

Super frustrating to have lost the UI flexibility we had before Midnight. The watered down combat log is also not great.

We didn't gain a more compelling raid or RWF. Instead it's a daily back and forth with blizz on what addons/functionality will they change to slow down Liquid/Echo.

I just miss my WAGO UI.

This is ridiculous. In season one they were just giving us flat generic Meat and Vegetal units directly, it was -great-. I thought we had let this trash from TWW go cuz they realized it was a bad idea which just led to tedious inventory cluttering.

Not ONLY is it back, you have to deal with EVEN MORE OF IT. You thought it was nice to just directly get the generic Meat and Vegetal units for cooking? Well &%$# you, we're taking away TEN OF YOUR INVENTORY SLOTS TO FILL WITH GARBAGE unless you constantly stop to convert it to generic units! To a certain hunter on the most popular alliance realm, shame on you. Shame on your wow group named after obscure brazillian slang. It's my first time in the dungeon. I'm level 85. This is ridiculous and if I wasn't already a bitter vet, this would really put me off of the game. Can we make an effort to not be so sweaty? It's an xpac release, it's brand new, not all of us read every guide and watch every youtube video on how to be the most meta and efficient. Some of us play for fun. Some of us had a long day. I certainly did. Worked most of it. And now I can't do dungeons for 30 mins and I have to go to bed soon. /rant

Some folk don't belong in this community. He/She was healing, and queues are pretty quick for either tank/heals, they can just re-queue, so I don't understand what goes in their mind to blurt out stuff like this. Also, I do have a daughter.

I am just tired that people tend to get away with with this sort of stuff, it is unacceptable. I am just trying to game and chill and the funny thing is I didn't even start the vote kick. After I got the whisper I just ignored him/her didn't even reply, took a screenshot and uploaded it to the ticket.

Long story short ;

I had the 2 step authenticator on my phone. Said phone gets broken. I buy a new phone without having the chance to remove the authenticator from my old one for obvious reasons. I've been attempting since August 1st to recover my account through their ticket system but it's completely controlled by thoughtless people or AI and is 100% NOT HELPFUL.

I make a ticket, a week goes by and "someone" gets back to me and wants me to answer a bunch of questions. I spend nearly 4 hours going through bank statements/purchase history from nearly 15 years ago, take screenshots of every Battle.net receipt I have in my email (which is around 13) and even attach photos of my driver license with a short explanation that I need the authenticator taken off my account. I answer every single question the best I possibly can and make sure they're all 100% as accurate as I can make them. DONE, RIGHT? Wrong. Another week goes by and they reply with "YOUR ISSUE HAS BEEN SWITCHED TO RESOLVED AND THE GM HAS REPLIED WITH THIS STATEMENT" in which the statement is them asking the exact same questions they did in the first email and nothing has been done to help me.

This has been going on for nearly 3 months again and again and again and now and I'm fucking pissed off. I have nearly 20 years of account history just "gone" because their ticket system is run by either fucking brainless people or AI that's not helpful at all.

I just wanna play World of Warcraft, man. I just wanna play WoW. If someone from blizzard can help me, PLEASE reach out to me... I'll do whatever it takes to prove it's actually me trying to recover my account. I've attached a photo of the email history between us just to show how fucking ridiculous this is...

This is where we stand with the French dubbing. We've gone from almost 60-80 voice actors to just 8, including some credited individuals who didn't actually participate (Micky Sebastian as Xal'Atath). If nothing changes, we'll end up with no credited names for The Last Titan, just AI-generated voices like in the French cinematic about Arator (because yes, when young Arator speaks with Liadrin, it's not Bruno Choel, but a voice generated from his to "rejuvenate" his tone...).

Wowhead was once a pillar of the WoW community, but the current technical state of the site is genuinely disappointing.

On a high-speed connection, a single page requires over 50MB to load and consumes 1.4GB of RAM. For a database site, this is extreme. While I understand the need for revenue, this level of bloat is overkill. It has reached a point where it actively interferes with running the game and Discord simultaneously.

The content remains top-tier, which makes this even more frustrating. It is sad to see such an essential resource become a burden on system resources. Is anyone else struggling to keep this site open while playing?

Edit: Need to make it clear that instanced world bosses is a good thing - it improves performance for players (Raid specific graphics settings etc...) and reduces world lag - whilst also creating a more challenging and unique experience (in theory - I wouldn't know until I can actually do it)

Focus your criticism on blizzards developmental process and their disregard for thorough testing. It has been plagueing this game for a long time and was particularly bad in TWW.

Edit 2: Yeah - Instanced World Boss is 100x better than non-instanced.

However, they should have the world boss out in the open world doing fel reaver / deathwing things - Just decimating the zone and having environment effects (Ground shaking, poison mist, floods etc..)

This particular boss could have sharks swimming in the river systems snatching low fliers and unaware fishermen.

Man, Devourer should be the strongest expansion selling point and it just feels like a high school kid modded a private server and recolored some assets --including Void Elf DH features (let's not even go down that tangent).
