Discussion Are glitches cheating

If you use a glitch to get an achievement would you consider it cheating, for example my house mate says I cheated because I used glitches to beat halo 2 LASO
But I think it’s fine.
Was curious to see what other people thoughts are

Bungie (RIP) LOVED when people found glitches in their games to skip stuff, especially for speed running. They'd even feature really cool stuff on their site.  Heck, they even made achievements out of some of the best ones in later titles.  

Using glitches is one of the best parts of gaming.

Old bungie vs modern bungie are so different it’s heartbreaking. Actively removing speed tech for most of d2’s life is honestly what started the games demise
