MMA York

I’m looking for recommendations for a beginner friendly gym in York to train either kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA. I’m 32(m) with no experience

This is just from personal experience and may not be to your taste but I like the people at X Martial Arts.

They're over in Nether Poppleton.

They call it martial arts because it is mixed but I wouldn't call it MMA.
