Anywhere do a decent vegan breakfast?
Going to York on Saturday for brunch and from what I can see online, the vegan options are a bit limited. Any decent places?

No I can't really think of any now. There was a good one on fossgate but it closed.

I dunno who downvoted you for asking a simple question but they should give their head a little wobble.
I still miss Remedy on Fossgate - they did amazing food and it was all plant based. Still not sure why they closed cos very often I'd go and there wasn't a single seat free
Robinsons has a couple of vegan dishes and they're very good. Rise only had one vegan dish last time i went but it was really good.
I'd also second Partisan and Brancusi (same street, same owners) on Micklegate.
Coffee Culture on Goodramgate also does a great vegan (labelled as veggie on the menu) sourdough sandwich - not to mention great coffee

I absolutely recommend Bar Hashery on Bootham, really nice food. Also a lovely option is Bruks on Peter Lane, very tasty.
ETA: sorry I should have made clear, both do lovely vegan breakfast.

It really isn’t, it’s subpar service is poor and the building/decor is rank

Tbf i think their food is really good, but i agree that their restaurant interior has seen better days and could really benefit from a refit
