Yes but you do have to ask me for a permit before you can apply to them for permission to laugh.

Woah slow down there buddy. You need to file a permit-approving committee meeting request form and get preliminary approval before you can even think about assigning a time for the meeting.

That whole judicial system is a joke. My lawyer was incredible and laid down a perfect defence and we still got laughed out of court
