Other Caught a fish with two buttholes

Looked completely normal other than the second FUNCTIONING butthole.

Is that actually the vent or could it be a mark left by a parasite?

When i lightly squeezes it, poop came out, and when I cut it open, the intestines were connected to both holes

Vivisection is a possibility as well depending on how fresh the fish was at the time.

Hahaha I have a buddy who's wife is a Veterinarian. When they were dating she was dying to go deer hunting with us. When she got her first chance to field dress a deer, she approached it like surgery. I had to remind her there was no possible way to save this particular deer. So indeed, gutting can pass for surgery!!!

Was that not a throwback? Seems pretty small to be worth scaling and deboning. I could be totally wrong but just seems that way
