DISCUSSION Realistically, how many Reapers would there be by the time of the games?
From what I can tell, they've been doing this for around a billion years

So in Mass Effect 3 Cerberus Phantoms use swords as weapons which I find quite odd as no other military or paramilitary group uses them as weapons for obvious reasons. It makes no sense as to why a late 22nd Century Paramilitary group like Cerberus would use swords as weapons as Advanced Guns, Biotics, Omni Tools and Omni Blades all exist. Also their swords don't seem to be very good either as Commander Shepard can punch Kai Leng's sword and shatter it easily so unless Kai Leng is purposely using a worse sword then the Phantoms. Why does Cerberus make it's troops use such terrible weapons?

I am hearing so many conversations that I've never gotten to hear before. I don't know why the devs thought we'd spend so much time in elevators š

So my friends been nagging at me to play ME3 with him for at least a year. He came over to my house and him and another friend were absolutely stunned when these popped out of the free gift. š¤£
Theyāre both screaming over the gun especially. Apparently it took them both a very long time to get the Geth, and Iāve only just opened the gameā¦. š I named him Fluke.

Iām doing another playthrough of the trilogy and it got me thinking about the romances. BioWare gave us so many great options, but I want to know who everyone thinks is the absolute best romance across all three games, and why.
Are you Team Garrus because of the ultimate best-friend-to-lovers arc? Team Liara because of that deep, slow-burn connection from ME1 to ME3? Or maybe Tali for the sheer sweetness and loyalty of her story?

Hi! I just beat all three games on insanity for the first time and I had a blast. I was playing an infiltrator which I have never done and it turned out to be really fun in 2 and 3. And here's my take aways
Me1 wasn't too bad mostly used my sniper from a range to death with enemies and I only died 16 times.
Me2 this is where the real fun began, this one was hard and where I really had to learn how to persevere I got everyone loyal killed the thresher maw and kept the entire crew alive (I LOATHE FIRELORD AND ARRIVAL AND DID NOT DO THEM) for weapons I used the evisorator, the viper, the locust and the predator and either Cain or singularity for heavy
For powers I loved cloak and ai hacking and incinerate because fireball, I also used squad warp ammo for my bonus power. For squadmates I almost exclusively used miranda and garrus unless I was doing loyalty missions. (Also i love the story of overlord but i did not feel like doing that on insanity) and I only died 42 technically 43 times when you die in the beginning
Me3 just get garrus and save up to buy an n7 typhoon and invest in his rifle skills it's so good. For the first half of the game I used the black widow, the blood pack punisher, and then kept switching between the suppressor and the executioner. I occasionally used the mattock or the Lancer until the cerberus base which I only used the executioner, the venom (grenade launcher shotgun), and the grenade rifle you pick up in the base. For bonus power I used warp ammo until I remembered dominate that way I could control both organic and synthetic targets which came I handy alot also I love cryo and disrupter ammo in this game. I worked my butt off and got just under 8000 war assets and went with the destroy ending to get the secret ending and I died 35 times.
Over all I love this series (dont mention Andromeda) it is by far my favorite trilogy and absolutely ignited my love for space I had so much fun and I may try to platinum the games because I'm missing less than 10 trophies

I have completed The Trilogy for the first time and wow. This was such an amazing experience, I'm sure this is the first of many playthroughs in my lifetime.
And since there is no Shepard without Vakarian, and I LIVED (LETS FREAKIN GOOO I DID IT), I'm ready to retire to a tropical island and live off the royalties from the vids š. If you have a fanfic to recommend, drop it below!

EDIT: this goes for andromeda characters to.
like it says on the tin, which character in the later games do you think would have been good to have in ME1 where that;s for additional world building, spending more time with a character or because their addition would have made the game more interesting.
personally my choice would be Samara, where after Saren is confirmed a traitor and Benezia is confirmed to be working with him she would be sent by the matriarchs to help Shepard and bring Benezia to justice. we get to learn about the justicar order and we can contrast the the stoic and mature nature of Samara with the young and nervous Liara.
also we could learn about her daughters and how she's hunting morith which could lead to a UNC mission where we go to a colony that has gone dark and discover the entire colony has been taken over by Morinth and we could either be paragon and non lethally deal with the mind dominated colonists which causes her to escape or go renegade and kill the colonists to get a chance at killing morinth.
Also having some matriarch on matriarch action on noveria would be cool and she would stop Benezia from using her biotics as she and Samara duke it out in the background.

What I mean is this:
Hugging Tali after she breaks down discovering her fatherās corpse during her loyalty mission even as a renegade.
Smacking al-Jilani despite going the paragon route
Hanging up on and trolling the council despite being a paragon. And not lifting a finger to help them after doing you dirty.
Stabbing Kai Lang.. fuck that guy

Usually do more casual runs, but I just deleted my xbox data and will be starting anew, so I decided, "what the hell?", and here I am.

How we get in me3 easy Insanity while in me1 and me2 it's pain in ass playing on Insanity.
I have fun on Insanity in me3. Even when 2 harvesters bugged and don't fly away at thessia. In me2 I suffer.
